These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SoloCrew (“SoloCrew”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the related website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SoloCrew provides AI-assisted tools that help founders and small businesses understand their market, package their offer, and run the workflow that turns projects into paying customers. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate information when you create an account;
  • Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use;
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Not submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party;
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Not use the Service to build a competing product or to train competing models without our written consent.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant SoloCrew a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service and produce the outputs you request. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, designs, and trademarks, is owned by SoloCrew or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service granted by these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Fees and Payment

Some features of the Service are offered for a fee. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are presented at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated by us.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Outputs produced by AI models accessed through the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them, and you should not treat them as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloCrew and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim and (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoloCrew and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. The sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by other means. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
