FAQ

Questions before you decide.

  • How do credits roll over?

    Subscription credits reset monthly. Top-up credits roll over for 12 months. The workspace surfaces both balances separately so you always know which pool you're spending from.

  • Can I downgrade or cancel?

    Anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; no penalty. Projects stay visible read-only on the free tier after downgrade.

  • Is there a free tier?

    Not yet. The first 100 waitlist signups get a 14-day Pro trial when we launch. Join the waitlist to lock that in.

  • What does spend cap mean?

    A per-project hard ceiling on top-up credit spend (in dollars). Set to $0 if you only want subscription-included tasks. Enforced server-side — agent execution stops at the cap and asks before continuing.

  • Who owns my project data?

    You do. Every Business X-Ray, every uploaded source file, every Founder Memory entry — yours. Export anytime. SoloCrew never trains on customer projects (Founder Memory is per-customer, never cross-pollinated).

  • What payment methods?

    Stripe — credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Annual invoicing available on Max tier.
